Ingredients

12 wonton wrappers
Epic Eats Chicken Bulgogi heated as per pack
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup carrots, cut into matchsticks
½ cup bean sprouts
80 g vermicelli noodles, crushed
Cooking spray
Black sesame seeds

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°C Fan forced, 185°C conventional.

Step 2

Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray. Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup and bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool while you make the filling.

Step 3

Pour boiling water over noodles let sit for 8 minutes then rinse and put aside.

Step 4

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl with the noodles.

Step 5

Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of mix into the centre of each wonton. Drizzle sauce on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
