Teri meaning lustre or shine and Yaki meaning grilling our slow cooked, sous vide style, chicken is coated in a sweet and savoury traditional teriyaki sauce. A Japanese favourite that you can quickly and easily enjoy at home.

TERIYAKI CHICKEN, BROCCOLI & RICE

Ingredients

300g Teriyaki Chicken
1 cup long grain or sushi rice
1 small head broccoli, Cut into florets

Method

  1. Heat Teriyaki Chicken according to preferred cooking method.
  2. Cook rice as suggested pack instructions.
  3. Steam, microwave or boil broccoli 6-8 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  4. Add rice to base of serving bowls, top with teriyaki chicken and broccoli.

There you have it another epic meal in under 20 minutes!

MICROWAVE OVEN

  1.  Remove from outer box and pierce once in middle of tray.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
  3. Stand for 1 minute, remove film, taking care as hot steam may escape.
  4. Stir well, ensuring product is thoroughly heated through and serve.

AIR FRYER

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190⁰C.
  2. Remove from outer box and remove film on tray.
  3.  Place tray in air fryer for 4-5 minutes, then turn returning to air fryer for a further 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from air fryer. Allow to stand for 3 minutes.

OVEN

  1. Preheat oven to 190⁰C (170⁰C fan forced).
  2. Remove from outer box and remove plastic film on tray.
  3.  Place on baking tray and cook for 10 minutes, then turn and return to oven for a further 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.

PAN/BBQ/WOK

  1. Remove from outer box and remove film on tray.
  2. Pre-heat BBQ/Pan/Wok to medium. Add product and turn product frequently for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from BBQ/Pan/Wok. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
