Butter Chicken Cauliflower Rice
½ onion, diced
1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Cut the cauliflower florets from the head of cauliflower.
Grate the cauliflower florets using either the grater attachment on your food processor or a box grater.
Heat a pan with oil.
Add onion and cook until translucent.
Add the grated cauliflower to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with butter chicken.
