HONEY PORK RIBS
Slow cooked, sous vide style for up to 10 hours, these American style boneless honey pork ribs will melt in your mouth. Great for a quick home cook meal and even better for entertaining, all the hard work has been done so you just need to heat and eat!
PORK RIBS & COLESLAW
Ingredients
3 cups green cabbage or savoy finely shredded
2 cups purple cabbage finely shredded
1 cup carrot finely shredded
½ red onion finely sliced
¼ bunch parsley washed and chopped
Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
½ tablespoon cider vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Toss ingredients with dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 mins before serving to allow flavours to merge.
- Heat ribs as per pack instructions.
- Serve Pork Ribs with coleslaw.

AIR FRYER
- Preheat air fryer to 180⁰C.
- Separate as much meat as possible from the sauce. Place sauce in a saucepan.
- Cook meat in the air fryer for approximately 18 minutes and turn half way through cooking.
- Heat sauce on medium heat for approx. 7 minutes stirring at intervals until simmering.
- Once heated, combine meat and sauce to serve.
PAN
- Empty contents from the bag into a non-stick pan.
- For thawed product, heat on medium for approx. 8-10 minutes turning frequently until hot and evenly heated.
- For frozen product, heat on medium heat for 18-25 minutes turning frequently until hot and evenly browned.
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 200⁰C (180⁰C fan forced).
- Empty contents from the bag and place into an oven proof dish.
- For thawed product, place in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. Separate pieces of meat.
- For frozen product, place in the middle of the oven for 50 minutes, turn and separate meat halfway (approx. 25 minutes) through cooking.
- For a darker colour, increase the temperature to 220°C ( 200°C fan forced).
- Let product stand for 3-4 minutes before serving.
