Ingredients
Epic Eats Bulgogi Chicken, heated as per pack instructions
2 corn cobs, grilled
1 carrot, finely sliced
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tspn white pepper
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Kewpie Japanese mayonaise
1 baby cos lettuce, washed and leaves separated
80g baby spinach
2 corn cobs, grilled
1 carrot, finely sliced
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tspn white pepper
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Kewpie Japanese mayonaise
1 baby cos lettuce, washed and leaves separated
80g baby spinach
Method
Step 1
Grill corn and cut kernels off cob in a bowl.
Step 2
Add carrot, onion, spring onions, cos and spinach to the corn.
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix over the salad.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mayonnaise.
Step 5
Place Epic Eats Bulgogi Chicken on top.
