Succulent pork infused with a traditional style sweet and savoury Cantonese marinade, then slow cooked, sous vide style, for up to 18 hours. Lunch, dinner, party appetiser — you can’t go wrong with this signature Chinese dish!

CHAR SIU PORK BAO BUNS
Ingredients
300g Char Siu Pork
16 Bao Buns
½ cup Hoisin sauce
1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled and cut into sticks length ways
2 springs spring onion, peeled and cut into sticks length ways
Method
- Heat Char Siu Pork according to preferred cooking method.
- Heat bao buns as suggested pack instructions.
- After allowing to stand, carefully slice pork 5-10mm.
- To assemble, spread a teaspoon of Hoisin on each bun, add 2 slices Char Siu Pork, a little cucumber and spring onion. For extra spice add a little Siracha.
There you have it another epic meal in under 30 minutes!

MICROWAVE OVEN
- Remove from outer box and pierce once in middle of tray.
- Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
- Stand for 1 minute, remove film, taking care as hot steam may escape.
- Stir well, ensuring product is thoroughly heated through and serve.
AIR FRYER
- Preheat air fryer to 190⁰C.
- Remove from outer box and remove film on tray.
- Place tray in air fryer for 4-5 minutes, then turn returning to air fryer for a further 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer. Allow to stand for 3 minutes.
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 190⁰C (170⁰C fan forced).
- Remove from outer box and remove plastic film on tray.
- Place on baking tray and cook for 8-9 minutes, then turn and return to oven for a further 8-9 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
PAN/BBQ/WOK
- Remove from outer box.
- Remove product from tray and place onto chopping board. Slice product to desired thickness (5-10mm).
- Pre-heat BBQ/Pan/Wok to medium. Add product and turn product frequently for 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from BBQ/Pan/Wok. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
